Yeah I like doing body work but its time consuming and I never seem to have the time between work and family.

yea i hear ya,, i quit my job a few weeks ago and have been working out of my garage,,, but yesterday and today i have been waiting for parts for an 04 explorer that i have on my lift... so i figured id work on the truck a little,,

info on welder used for corners, and sills? i need to do this im just afraid of burning a whole through the metal with my harbor freight welder.

i used a lincoln 135t,,, i just played with the settings on scraps until i got it right,,, i dont remember off hand what they were,, i can post them tomorrow,,,
