Stock pipe?

What's the diameter of the stock pipe on a 96? I'm chopping off cats and need to know what length and diameter to buy if anyone knows off the top of their heads. It's been rainin like crazy here and I can't get out there and check myself thanks

My 96 has single 2.5 piping stock.

If its a 350 the dual pipes going into the front of the muffler are 2". I have a 96 with a 305 and single exhaust but it has 2 3/4" piping.

Yep it's dual 1 7/8 I finally got out there and I have it to the CAts a 2.5 " duals out so now just got go get some pipe to fit the cats
