Sticky gas pedal

Replaced a 95 throttle body a while back with a junkyard one and the pedal was much better. Ended up having to swap the TBI again recently and the pedal is pretty much back to how stuff it was before. The cable was replaced the first time with the swapped TBI so it's not that. Read that the spring on the throttle can sometimes get worn out? If this is it, is it easy to replace? Or any other suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

If it was that simple I wouldn't waste anybody's time haha. I tried cleaning all of the crevices that the throttle shaft runs through and sprayed some white lithium in there along with on the spring. Little better but not all that great.

With my truck I had a 350 TBI. Pedal was always pretty hard to press down.

I've tried just about everthing and the pedal is still stiff.

Would replacing the spring on the throttle shaft help? Or possibly the tps?
