Can anyone with a 2 door 2wd tahoe help me out?!?

I need a measurement from the center of wheel hub to the top of fender and need to know your drop specs.

I just bought a 96 2 dr 2wd tahoe and I am ready to lower it but I am worried my truck already has lowering parts on it.. the rear has a factory drop hanger and shackle but the leaf spring looks very flat like it maybe a drop leaf. I have not inspected the front yet.
