Rally wheel lug nuts?

just bought a set of 6 lug rally’s for my 98K1500. Can I use my stock lug nuts from my oem wheels or are these lug nut specific wheels. Need to know so I can order the correct size for some new chrome lug nuts

Don't the lugnuts have a threaded area that locks the center cap in place once the wheel is tight? Your standard lugs would likely hold the wheel on. I'd want to verify that the cone angle and diameter are correct before locking them down. GM has some oddball lugnuts. My 'burb has oddball lugs. Second set of plastic nuts holds the center caps in place. Most tire shops live to destroy the caps and plastic lugs.

Stock lugnuts will work fine. I put rally's on a truck I had 20 years ago, used stock centers with the external threads, looked good. I think these trucks should come factory with them. The 4wd's too.
