Street Scene Generation 3 Full Bumper Cover and Valance Combo for 88-98 fullsize trucks or suvs. Decided to go with just a smooth bumper, now I have this left over. Never used still in box. Comes with all original hardware and instructions included in the kit direct from Street Scene. Bought for $450+shipping looking for $250+shipping OBO.

how do bumper covers work? do they go over origianl bumper? i might be intrested
