Noise When Turning

Sometimes when I turn a weird noise comes form the column/dash area. IT sounds very similar to my grandma's Odyssey when she had completely run it out of power steering fluid. Checked that and all was good. What could it be? Please tell me it's not the PS pump...

almost link a grinding sound but it doesn't sound like metal. It does it every once in a while. That's the best way I can describe it....

Under what degree of turning does it make the noise? Full lock? Left only? Right only?

not full lock. either direction. Tonight I noticed it turning to the right slightly.
