New tail lights. turn signal blinking fast

I just got these from my neighbor. they are used. and for whatever reason my passenger side blinker blinks fast like a bulb is out, but the bulbs are fine?

LED's not drawing enough to cycle your flasher correctly

does this mean I need to change out my flasher or is just a common thing with leds?

I believe you can correct the issue with a resistor in line

Or off the shelf at AutoZone, right next to the LED bulbs...

I run led tails too but they have the resistor built in

Flasher #EP29. It's a digital unit. Works off of time instead of resistance. Same price as a 'normal' flasher.
Inline resistors run exceptionally hot! I mean REALLY hot!!! A fire hazard IMO.
