NBS seats to OBS???

Hello all, I'm new here (first posting) so I hope in posting in the right area. Anyways, I just bought a pair of mint dark pewter leather bucket seats out of an 06 Tahoe. My question is, how extensive is it to do a nbs to obs seat swap into my 97 GMC Sierra GT? It currently has cloth bucket seats. I've done research on this for the past few days and haven't come up with any how to's. I know guys have done it, but don't know if the obs risers are used or if the nbs rises can be modified, and if so, how? Any pointers on the swap would be really appreciated!

Last I read is people just drill the holes for the new seats. Two it the holes will line up except one
