My Truck not starting right

Ok im stumped I just put a new water pump on my 98 1500 and now when I start it the idle only get to about 3 or 400 rpm and try to run till I hit the gas. I'm confused and need some help

My tach states I idle at about 250. The tuning software differs, my actual idle is closer to 450. Does your truck not run well now? Or just showing low RPMs?

My truck Idles at about 600. But it stoped starting weird a couple days ago. It's starting just fine now idk what's up with it
