My 94 ECRB Sierra 4x4.

Replaced starter and valve cover gaskets today. No more zing-zing-zing from the starter, and wow was the pinion gear (whatever that little gear is called) ever beat to rat ****. Go figure

As for valve covers, pass side had some sludge build up around the PCV area.. drivers side was ok. Old drivers side gasket fell apart.

The winter plan:

Underhood TLC
Intake Manifold Gaskets
New Y-Pipe. & Headers possibly.
Ultimate TBI Mods! + New gaskets & Fuel Pressure Regulator.
The Big Three Wiring mod.

Pull front clip
Pull front bumper
Paint Frame & Control Arms
GMC Emblem .. blacked out or removed
Remove GMC1500 emblems from doors. (Just an outline remains..)

Rear Diff Gasket.
Fresh oil & a once over to get the nipples greasy.

....DRIVERS SIDE DOOR HANDLE.

Tore everything off down to the intake. Had to clean up some sludge build up from yeaaars in the making. Soaking the bolts tonight, pulling it off possibly tomorrow to clean and most likely paint.
Will post the few pics I took during this bit of a job.. I only had my cell phone so, sh!tty quality.

Might be going out of town for a shoppin trip tomorrow so might not have much to say..
Going to try and find a good torque wrench and a breaker bar if I do. Any other sorta neat goodies I see aswell haha.
Hell maybe I'll buy a camera tomorrow as well so I don't have to deal with the crappy quality anymore!
