What jack do you guys use on the road to change a tire? Does the stock jack work? I've got a 1999 Suburban running 35" tires and a lift (3" ?).

I was looking at them. My interest began when I saw the thread about them.

I've got the factory jack, not sure if it will work or not. I'll have to give it a try before I need it.

Factory should work.

The factory jack in my Dodge allows me to change the 35's on it with some room to go on flat ground, I can't imagine there isn't some industry wide standard for jack throw.

The best way to find out is to try your stock jack at home and see if it works or not. You may just need to carry a block of wood to use under the jack.
