youll get some more juice out of it cause the truck aint trying to suffocate itself, as for mileage you might but im not 100 percent sure. every truck reacts a tad bit differently wih thises things depending on your driving havbits, etc. also itll whine like a supercharger too

Your factory air cleaner is adequate. Its already a cold air system.

The stock setup is good for 400HP and is as cold as it is going to get, the K&N filters filter over9 times worse then a paper filter, save your money for a tune.

depends which stock cia you have. mine was this dinky little thing i bought a cold ait for it cheap and bought a diff filter and there was a notable difference
