Independent transfer case

Hi guys I got a 92 c3500 ext cab I want to put a independent transfer case and make it 4wd it's a carbureted 454 with a th475 aka dump truck transmission the motor and transmission out of a motor home can anyone point me in the right direction

Are you going SAS? If staying IFS then don’t need a divorced t-case. If you are going SAS, what front axle? Fords aren’t too bad to find, but Dodge/Internationl are tough to find. Need a custom crossmember for the case, shorten rear driveshaft, stubby shaft beteeen trans n t-case, then a long one for the front. In less your going with a huge lift, don’t need one…pic of my old truck that was div. case when first built it…

The obvious one that comes to mind is a divorced NP205.
