h3 front diff is a 7.6 ifs not 8.25 ifs, the zm6 is the offroad package

I thought the Alpha's with the Adventure (ZM6) package got the larger and cast iron diff and Eaton E-Locker in it?

its cast iron housing but still 7.6 ifs

H3 diff is passenger drop with a cover instead of a split case. Good luck getting that in there.
