hood hindeges and being bd

i have a 94 obs ext cab that is bd 3 1/2 inches and i noticed that the hood hinges are hitting the tires. im about to put in tubs and was wondering if you can keep the hinges or if you have to get rid of them. any one with pics that would help to. i have 22's but im going back to 20's
