I'm in the middle of transferring some blazer overhead console parts into a truck console that I will be installing. I will be putting the homelink in the truck but don't see myself ever using it for the intended purpose. I thought the homelink buttons would be a discrete, OEM switch for future light bars or something. Has anyone done this before? Does anyone who hasn't done it have ideas?
