High idle when starting engine

My truck is a 95 Chevy Cheyene 5.7 TBI 5 speed manual. I changed the TB Gasket, Has new IAC Valve, TPS. And still idles up to 1500rpm at start up and stays there until I unhook the TPS, I've reset the TPS and it stops it. But I started the truck today and it revved back to 1500rpm until I unhooked the TPS and reset it again. Any ideas?

It's not doing it anymore. I think it's just the sensor its self. The truck used to be my brothers traded my 76 Chevy Silverado for it. He told me all the senors he's changed. I think he just cheaped out on some
