So I'm planning on installing the PAC AAI-GM9 in my truck here shortly.
I'm thinking that while I have the dash half tore down why not look into why I'm not getting cool air circulation. When turned to cold the air coming out of my vents always seems to be a little warmer than the outside air.
If it is in fact the actuator and not a failing dampener or other ailment how do I know the timing will be correct when I install the replacement actuator?
I've never replaced an actuator, I watched a couple YouTube vids and the one guy claimed you don't want to cycle the actuator if its not installed or you may run into problems. I have noticed on the head feet blend there appear to be whitness marks.
Thanks,
Dan
