What kind of driving do you do? Stop and go or highway? 4.11's are a pretty low gear for a 265/75r16. What do your rpm's look like at 60mph?

your biggest hurdle to topping 15 mpg will be those 4:10 gears.

My 98 K2500 runs 4:10's and I have never topped 20 mpg.

Of course, I'm a diesel not a gasser.

Don't count on more than 15 on the best day out of your 350....that's highway mileage by the way....as in 55-60 mph highway mileage. That will keep the RPM's down into a range where it won't be firing fuel out the tailpipe....

:(

what kind fuel milage yall getting I got a 97 gmc sierra K2500 4x4 single cab with a 5.7 Vortec motor stock truck with 2 leave spring helpers in back 265/75/16 tires. I get between 10-12 mpg and a lil over hundred thousand miles on motor over 224thousand on truck is that bad or good the fuel milage?

You're not going to do much better than that... The internet is full of people getting 18 mpg out of their lifted 4x4's lately :bs:

10-15 is what I would consider "normal" given your truck and your stated usage....

Stepping up to a 285/75 will help Lower your rpm's at highway speeds. But if your mixed driving in town and highway and towing it probably won't help you. Your probably as good as your going to get.
