I did the big 3 and all was well but I nicked the plastic surround around the alt positive and slightly pulled it out and believe I half shorted something. I was reading 12v at idle and 12.7 off. Just wondering if there's a diy or is it really cheap to fix?
It's currently ghetto rigged with a zip tie holding it in place and reads 14v at idle so the alt is good just messed with something small internally. I can live with a zip tie but if it's like a 20 buck fix I won't mind losing the tie.
