Ran across this while I was installing a radio in my 96. It's got a battery and fuse wired into it and it's wired into my headlight switch. Anyone know what it is??

Receiver for some sort of alarm? You'll might want to trace where the wires go.
It looks like they spliced into the headlight switch to trigger the park lights or headlights.

It will likely have some FCC ID numbers or at least a part # on it; google 'em.

If it is a tracker (and probably is, based on it having a SIM) it's not likely to be Lojack but some cheapie device. Lojack is supposed to pride themselves on installing in a manner that makes it extremely difficult to find, and I don't think just behind the dash bezel counts. :)
