belt squeak ???? at sertain rpms

i think its when the a/c turns on it squeaks but theres a power diff when its off and on it lags when its on and it doesnt when its off help me out if you know whats going on

You probably need a new belt...and the power loss is normal. The A/C compressor will rob some horsepower.

new belt ... and check you tentioner pulley ...

sometimes you can pour a little coke on it and it will stop ...
just what ive heard anyways ...
