500hp? Umm..... About 225, maybe. Ok, 230, that rusty 80's blaster coil is worth AT LEAST 5hp.

I think there's supposed to be a shifter for the xfer case too.

Sound like the trans has a broken sunshell. Pretty easy fix.

Yah sounds like a nice truck imo that engine could easily be makeing 450+ also new interior billet grille aftermarket hood 383= $5000 asking price imo seems fair
