My friend has a white 2 door similar to that except its got 3/4 ton springs, i think im gonna run 4.5" lift with cutout flares and 35s

That'll look good! I wanted to go higher with mine but it was only 2wd.

That sucks, i dont really wanna go bigger than 35s with the dana 30/35 setup, later i may see if i can find a set of jeep dana 44s or run chevy 3/4 ton axles and make it a real toy

So question for any knowledgeable xj guys, with either 4.5" or 6.5" lift do i have to get a slip yoke eliminator or will a tcase drop suffice?

From what I've read, and this is no personal experience, 3.5" was about the max before needing a SYE.
