95 susburban 2wd hard shifts all gears

Installed a 1995 impala ss 4l60e tranny after the original crapped after towing on OD. After 10k miles the tranny is shifting hard on all gears. Read a few posts about hard shifting but it seems that only occurs when hot or only a few gears. Mine shifts hard when hot or cold.

could be EPC (Electronic Pressure Control) solenoid failed. haven't had this happen to me but the symptoms seem to match.
