95 had no fuel changed fuse starts and runs??

usually regardless of how old a fuse is, unless its corroded, the only thing that will blow it would be a higher than 20 amperage rating for a short time. Like I said, i've seen stuff like that happen before, popped a 5a larger fuse in and never had an issue again.

That runs the O2 sensor circuit, as well as the oil pressure switch. I know on my old Yukon it kept popping due to a bad switch, my brother hacked his O2 harness to pieces and then his fuse kept going out.

Both are thing's to look it if it goes again.
