I thought they all had big brakes compared to the 400s. Only option I've heard was the rear calipers, twin over a single. RockAuto has a pretty good breakdown, need to do some number searching....

GMT455 = C3500HD?

Didn't those come with Bendix calipers, instead of Delco? Were there differences in the Bendix calipers aside from single-piston or dual-piston in the rear?
Yep, the GMT455 is the HD.

Apparently the change happened during the 1994 model year production, not 1995. Listings indicate to/from what partial VIN the two different applications are (early design to VIN # RJ107932) 149 series pads and 13.86" front rotor, vs. late design from VIN # RJ107933 184 series pads,and 14.24" rotor. Rears changed size too but not as much, again, different part #'s

To OP's original question, are they a direct swap? Dunno; haven't tried - but I wouldn't be surprised if it took changing the knuckle. Maybe some looking through GM parts catalogs would help figure that out - compare part # on 1994 vs. 1995.
