So I changed the fluid and filter and the Trans itself is fine. Turns out the one of my vacuum lines between the egr valve and solenoid is split which seemed to cause the problem. Wrapped the split part with electrical tape temporarily. Looks like whoever replaced my egr valve used too small of a line
