7.4 vortec fuel issue

My understanding is that 11.7V at the pump is fairly standard for the small gauge wiring they put in at the factory, at least with the engine off. Is it running at 11.7V with the engine running?

Yeah looks good there. Have you tested pressure before and after the fuel filter to test the pump output and filter restriction?

That's probably the one thing I haven't done yet. Don't have the fittings to do that..
