3rd wire?

I was looking today and found my factory wires for trailer brakes, blue and orange. Only problem is, there is a third wire run with them and taped with them. 14ga or so white wire labeled brake switch supply or something along those lines. . . Anybody know what this is?

Normally i would say that would be the trigger for the brake box. Check to see if it has power

Its at the back of the truck tho? With the tail light harness. Factory wire and factory label

in trailer wiring the white is the ground wire. This may help you.
