How I plan on shaving mine is going to the yard and finding a pre-94 with a bad cab that I can just cut that part out of and weld it in to the other cab. I think this is the best way to do it. It's a factory piece, so it's already the same thickness and it's already shaped perfect for that spot.

I prefer making my own fillers as well

wierd though I just searched all the big name companies and nada for obs 3rd brake light

Mine didn't have one to begin with but I like the idea of finding one with it missing from the factory. It may be a pain making your own and matching the bend just right. Obviously i was kidding about the bobdo. I wouldnt go any thicker than 1/16 on the bondo. Thats what i was taught when i painted mine.
