O Reilly rotor and pads lasted me 2 years. I plan on replacing rotor, pads, caliper. However, I notice threads regarding to using 3/4 ton or bigger for better upgrade but it involves going to 6 lugs. I prefer to keep this truck as simple as I could in case I plan to sell it that it wouldn't be complicated for the next owner. That's the reason for not getting involved with having other GMT parts in this one.

Has anyone has any experience using any aftermarket/upgrade aside from local auto store brake parts?
Such as this one?

Otherwise for Calipers, I'll either get Napa Auto parts or AC Delco reman from RockAuto.

I have yet to try Napa Rotor/Pads as it would be next on list to try on this truck. Any one has good/bad experience from them on the GMT400 trucks?

On side note, I've had better luck with Duralast Gold than O Reilly on other vehicles. Especially compared to O Reilly.

I've heard good things about R1 Concepts. SSBC and a few other companies sell big brake kits and rear disc conversion kits. All depends on how much you want to spend.

Similar to the first one I post the link.

Although with the picture diagram listed.

It doesn't show much benefit over stock other quality of boot, seal, hardware.

Therefore, stock or reman would be as good as stock instead of Callahan/Power Stop.

I can see the review being good, it's obviously better than condition it was prior to replacing it. Unless it was tested vs stock setup.

I think I'll stick with reman caliper for now.
