20 amp circuit breaker help

I have a 96 Silverado single cab truck and it has electric windows was wondering if anyone ever replaced the two silver 20 amp circuit breakers before with a new style circuit breaker and did it work or did u have to order it the same one online and where did u order it from both aren’t working now and can’t unlock or roll down my windows or move my seats now

You should be able to replace them with the newer style. If the new ones are the tall style tho, as I recall they won't allow the fuse box door to sit properly, as one of them lines up perfectly with the fuse box door clip.
