1999 vortech 350 into a 93 blazer

hey guys, so my 383 is on its way out, i happen to have a 99 chevy express van that has a 350 in it, ive done some homework and i know i have some egr magic to make happen. so does anyone have any experience with this? or any idea how to make this work? id like to retain the tbi if i can, but if the trans could manage shifting with a carburated motor id just do it like that. any help is appericiated thanks in advance guys!

Do a search for vortec 350 in tbi truck. You will find lots of info.

The only difference between tbi and vortec is the heads. Change the intake for one thats TBI but fits vortec heads. Put all the sensors and stuff off your current engine on the new one and you should be fine. You might even need to remove a few sensors that the TBI engine didn't need.
