Hey Guys
I picked up my first project OBS this evening, purchased from original owner with 143k mikes. Need minor interior pieces and maintenance (pulls when you brake) got it for under 5k
I can’t wait to fix the little things, clean it and enjoy it
Let me know your thoughts and what to look for
I’d like to convert the doors to power if possible

Thank you. I dont have huge plans for it yet besides a good cleaning and repairing/replacing the broken or drive ability issues with it. For now the brake release lever is broken, needs a steering wheel, pulls once brakes are applied & i think the cup holder is broken (or vent, not sure what goes there)

Cup holders. There's a deep one, and it pulls out and a shallow one(like for a coffee cup, I use mine for change holder) comes out the right side.
I think it pulls out and snaps in, but I haven't had ours out to know for sure. Every '95-up OBS truck at the yards(as long as most of the dashboard is there) should have one though, and the tan and gray/neutral interior colors are the most common ones.

The body is pretty straight with your typical door dings & like 4 dents. Eventually I will have it painted the original color. Right now I am focusing on fixing all the little items broken or missing. Eventually I would like to lever the rear and add power doors & tilt steering if possible. I am learning a lot in this forum thanks to everyone that posts
