    WANTED 12v Cummins swapped obs truck

    Wanting to buy an obs with a 12v in it, preferably manual. Must be 4x4 unless it’s a Dually. NO EXTENDED CABS. Looking for $15k and less and perfectly fine with project trucks as long as they run and drive. Located in Wisconsin but willing to drive for a good truck.
