Misfire cyl 2

99 5.7 vortec I am having a misfire on cylinder 2 and an occasionally multi cylinder misfire. I have put new cap and rotor,new spider injectors, plugs wires. Have spark and fuel pressure what also may cause this? Intake gasket was replaced by previous owner a year ago. I apriciate it.

NO CRANK NO START

So recently I went to go change the injector presure regulator on my 99 5.7 vortec. Went thre pulled the upper manifold and got under to put everything in. After putting everything back together and bolting the upper intake back down I get a NO crank no start. Battery is good when the key is on...
