I ran seafoam through it, Lots of smoke, but the part that bothered me was the black goo that spewed from where the manifolds connect to the y pipe.     Turn signal, all lights in general problem

    After being under it I found the problem. It looks like a little further up the harness toward the cab the cables got nicked by the grinder while I or the welder was cleaning it up. Causing it to ground out on the frame. Fixed and the lights work now.
