Steering column thingy

Wondering if anyone knows the name of the little part in the steering column that puts the turning signal column back into place. Because it only returns it back into place when steering the wheel from the right back to driving straight and not the other way

Ignition key warning buzzer switch

Do I need the ignition key switch thing because when replacing the ignition switch I broke it and don’t really want to spend 40 bucks on the lil thing. So I was wondering if I could just put it all back together without worrying about it
