    I been debating for a year now about installing a permanent gauge, still not so sure just yet. Be nice though to be able to see it at anytime though. Mine has braided lines, so bit easier on mine without bending line etc...

    How do I fix the speedo in my 89? had rear end gear change, reads like 20 mph to high... So I use a GPS thing in the dash at moment.

    wheel diameter will change a few things, like speedo... IDK the reason for 6 lug 4x4 on a 2x2 truck? PLENTY of guys with 2x2 running BIG H.P. 5 lug... I don't fully get (understand) the reason for need of a swap?

    My 89 has just air shocks in the rear with individual lines, they are the bottom license plate bolt holes, I do not need much air, just there for just incase at times.. Other pics are US 20in. mags with no air, It sat on the bump stops, other pics are way it sits today with Vision 5 spoke 18in...

    Mine did some crazy strange things.... In warm weather it would show low volts on gauge, in freezing temps it would show correct volts, CRAZY... All I could think of was freezing temps pushed the grounds tighter LOL... Put all new grounds on and added two more, then gauge volts etc ran perfect...

    ADD grounds !!! Unless battery has dead cell area.... My old K1500 bomber put new alt, new battery, still low on gauge, added new grounds, and she came to life !! maybe not your situation but cured my winter bomber.

    89 RCLB K1500 - Quality time with my son building his first truck.

    AWESOME clean work buddy!!! Very nice !!! Yeah Dawn works great, use to use it in the drain traps in garage floor builds where I use to work, I used it to clean out two stroke cylinders at my first step stage... Oh and they use it on the birds for oil spills in ocean, lakes etc.... GOOD STUFF !!
