    Worked on the oil cooler This factory set up does not use a separate cooler, it is built into the radiator, just hade hoses made pics coming next. And as far as using the bigger radiator mine is. Nearly 41" from plastic length end to end. Right at 2 3/8"+ core thick.

    Well fudge me timbers. Fuel pump end October.... Cool by me. New headers to round up and dual exhaust, oil filter mount etc. Dual fan hook up, plumb new fuel lines, drive shaft rebuilds and reinstall..... OOH GOD, what have I done

    @Eric The Awful hook me up on those headers if they fit straight plugs in a 94 k-1500. Current headers have to ditch. @Moofus02 the Tbi set up... ditch it if you can. A good motor needs a good base. In reading around this site you will find painful and time consuming avenues to bring the tbi...

    #1 issue a.c. lines over valve cover. Ready to delete it and just is it for a belt drive now until later. Haven't run it in 10 years. And the header issue kicking my ass

    Update all. Welp my headers aren't made for straight plug heads, my factor a.c. lines sit in top of the valve covers 2 bolts 1/2" + off. New remote filter system. LOVE MY TRUCK. She home
