    UPDATE: Issue is resolved! It was a bad torque converter. It had no stall speed which was lugging the motor down causing the ecu to compensate out of range. The tranny specialist said he had never had a converter that seemed to drive so well but was so bad. Once he got it out he was suprised...

    well that didn't work(new injectors). It definitely was running rich. It is now just barely running lean 131 BLM and 129 Integrator. Nothing to worry about.     problem with that is I can't find anyone with a scan tool that has the 10k resistor. all of them cause the idle to default to 1000rpm and other parameters aren't correct. That's why I bought the cable. I can change between the resistor or not depending on application.

    Got my ALDL Cable today. Going to load the programs tonight and look them over and hopefully tomorrow pull a data log that is correct and has better info.
