Took her on a 4 hour crawl through the mountains. She’s pretty stiff off-road compared to some of the newer Toyota’s I drove out there with. Sadly at the end of my journey we all noticed some gear oil splattered under my truck. My guess is it’s from the rear diff seal. My T case looks even...

It snowed on the drive home. I am happy with how the new 35 inch falken wildpeaks handled in the rain and snow. I did wear out the rear sway bar bushings. I must have done it when I was out wheeling on the OHV road.

Would love to own that! Seeing this makes me miss my old tires. They were 38 x 15.5 x 15s. I was able to drive in the soft sand in pismo beach without airing down. Drive in the the snow in Lake Tahoe without ever getting stuck sometimes not even in 4wd. I recently went with some smaller 35s so...

Nice! That was my second choice. I like the dual bar on the top. I’m guessing it’s modular so you jmight be able to just not bolt the sides on but I could be wrong. The Go rhino comes completely disassembled.

The go rhino 3090B push bar came in today. I had to swap and flip the brackets to get it to mount since I have a 3 inch body lift. I plan to mount some uni strut pieces to help reinforce the bar where it mounts to the frame.

1 replaced my original lower intermediate steering shaft with a new one from Dorman. I thought the rag joint on the new dorman was all metal but it wasn’t. But that said I am relieved to report it fixed the loose play in the steering wheel. 2 bolts to replace and took like 10 minutes to swap...

    Suspension Rebuild

I rebuilt my front end 6 years ago with moog upper and lower ball Joints and tie rods. I also got an energy suspension bushing kit. Happy to report they are holding up great all these years. Hope this helps.

It’s been 6 years since I last posted. I am proud to say the truck is still with me. I had to replace some parts over the years. The 38 inch tires beat the steering box up the point where I had to have it replaced. I also had to replace the upper camber bolts. The 38s also blew out the shocks...
