92 C1500 Upper Control Arm Inner Bushing Insert Source?

1992 C1500, I'm rebuilding the control arms and my upper inner bushing inserts are galled and corroded up with a lot of pitting and rough surfaces. Anyone know a source for them? It's the insert that goes inside the poly urethane bushing, not the outer bushing in the control arm itself. Just...

1992 C1500 Polyurethane A-arm Bushings Direction

I'm installing the above Prothane kit and wondered if someone will tell me which way is the flange is supposed to go or if it matters. Should the flange go to the front or rear? I can't find an answer on the net and the manufacturer was no help at all, the customer service rep referred to...

Dually fenders on a 1992 C1500 Stepside

Can I bolt on a set of dually fenders on a regular cab, stepside bed, 1992 C1500 without having to modify anything very much?
