    I have a 91 4.3 the pre heat duct for the air cleaner is gone. Is it really necessary to have? Could i swap the 4.3 intake for like a 5.7 ?

    Okay update on this truck. I have a new relay. A new icm. I hookee up a scan tool code 54 and not getting any readings of rpm when i crank it.

    Drlljng out exhuast studs

    I know I 'll have to door this sometime. What is a good drill bit and drill to drill out the exhaust studs in the exhaust manifold flange. Do not want to try to take the manifolds off. Been on over 25 years never removed.

    Put the new cat in works well. All the pellets are in the street it got the hole while driving. Sent the the cat to magna flow for a rebate
