Chassis Harness

Questions for those doing stand alone engine harness. I’m trying to run aftermarket gauges, oem steering column, oem ac controls. I have a 91 C1500 with an ls swap. Is the stock ecu/pcm needed for the ac/heater to work? Is it easier to buy a new chassis harness? What manufacturer should I go...

Austin Texas project

First off, I just bought a 91 5 speed v6 2 wheel drive, reg cab stepside. 189k miles. I live down a dirt road and plan on using this vehicle to tow light loads. I just went through the only 3 days of "snow" for the year here in Austin Texas and driving it was utter ****. lol yeah I paid 900...
