94 K1500 limp mode

I bought this 94 1500 4wd new and it now has 168,000 miles. it usually runs great but now and then it will illuminate the cel and go into limp mode. When it does this it smells real rich. So far I installed a new egr valve, iac, map, plugs, wires, cap, & rotor, new Delphi fuel pump & fuel...
