hello, my name is Junior and I'm from Brazil. I have a 1995 GMC Sierra K2500 6.5 Turbo Diesel. I've been noticing on the internet that some states in the USA are not permitted to give flashes of brights to other cars. How much use here in Brazil, I wonder if it is possible to make my turn...
