4l80 not shifting 2nd to 3rd

I bought a 97 7.4 crewcab dually and it doesn't shift from 2nd to 3rd so I bought this to bypass computer and sensors. I had a 93 extended cab dually that I had hell with the trans not shifting and wanted to narrow it down to the basics on this one. The seller says it doesn't need the two speed...

Brakes and powersteering both out

Hello I recently found a crewcab dually and had so.e problems. Changed starter and waterpump and that part is good but the power steering and brakes are not being assisted "very hard steering and breaking". Im guessing it can be only two things pump, hydoboost or ?. Any help will be appreciated...
